Exchange Policy — YNG17

Your satisfaction is important to us.

Items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The original receipt must be presented.

Exchanges are available for items of equal or higher value. If the exchanged item is of a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as store credit for future purchases.

All sales are final. No cash or credit card refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

The following items cannot be exchanged: sale or promotional items, socks, underwear, accessories, or any item that has been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or has its tags removed.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of purchase or delivery. After inspection, confirmed defects will be exchanged for the same product or an item of equal value, subject to availability.
